Had an awesome stay with friends! We loved strolling to the nearby Lucy Tower Street, just a two-minute walk from the hotel. Each day, we grabbed some tasty meals at local restaurants. The kids had a blast at the outdoor play area, and we enjoyed a show at the Lincoln Theatre Royal.

Unfortunately, we found the housekeeping standards lacking. Our room had a few stains that weren't cleaned properly.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and an electric kettle. The staff gave me great travel tips on my first stay and were incredibly helpful. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

The air conditioning units are annoyingly loud and often ineffective!!! I found it perplexing that parking only seemed to create confusion with limited signage and unclear guidelines. Room security could be enhanced given issues with key access!!!

the room was clean n modern, had a comfy bed for a good night's sleep, n breakfast was excellent with lotsa choices. loved the location near the canal n easy access to the city. friendly staff made it a nice experience overall.

Breakfast delivery felt a bit disorganized, requiring pre-orders the night before, and arriving in paper bags, which isn't the most appetizing presentation. issues like unrefreshed toiletries highlighted the need for better attention to detail. while not perfect, it's a decent spot for a brief stay.

we had a fantastic stay at holiday inn. the view was stunning and the location was perfect, just 500 yards from the city center. the breakfast staff were especially lovely and it was an all-you-can-eat spread. our standard room was immaculate and warm, making it really cozy.

The parking situation was also confusing due to ambiguous signage. options felt tight, and it seemed some communication might be in order here to clarify things.

Really enjoyed the location by the water! The views are awesome, and it's just a nice stroll to the city center. My room was comfy and clean, but it was kinda chilly, and the heater didn’t really help much. Breakfast in-room was a plus, but I had a bit of hassle with getting my prepaid meal confirmed.

Location near Brayford Pool is awesome! Room was quiet, spacious, and comfy with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. Loved the shower and the free toiletries. It was super clean and well-maintained. The fitness centre was great for a quick workout. Breakfast was delicious and offered so many choices—perfect for everyone!

So, we stayed just one night and it was pretty nice. The room had a great view of the water and was well-equipped with comfy furniture. Breakfast was solid too, lots of choices. Only bummer was the slow hot plate refills. Location was super easy to get to from the station, which was a plus.
